Throughout this year's journey, my confidence has been wavering, never daring to break through the label 'You can't do it' that was once put on me by a toxic relationship—until today! The early-bird marketing period just ended not long ago, and I've already enrolled 70 students. This silent encouragement gives me more confidence to continue than any words like 'You can do it,' 'You're the best,' or 'You're amazing.'

So I followed the philosophy of "Complete First, Perfect Later"and my current course creation process is:

• Before even having a sales page, I opened a 'Pre-Course Survey' so long-time followers could get the most discounted enrollment slots.
• Reviewed the survey backend to understand all followers' pain points and adjusted the sales page copy accordingly.
• Wrote the sales page copy and set up different pricing tiers for 'Survey Phase,' 'Super Early Bird,' 'Early Bird,' 'Regular,' and 'Replay Limited-Time Offer' periods.
• When the sales page only had a title and copy with no images at all, I started marketing the super early-bird presale.
• Only after beautifying the sales page did I start heavily promoting on social media (IG, Threads).
• In between, I adjusted my marketing strategy and copy based on enrollment rates and follower questions.

Really don't wait until you're ready to start. I should have achieved this result six months ago! But I hesitated and stood still for a whole six months 😭 With this 'small victory,' I'm more confident sharing my thoughts publicly. Before, I had to add in parentheses after answering: 'I'm not sure if this is right, but this is how I think about it... hope it helps'—such uncertain language. Now I finally dare to say—I can stand as my own school of thought!

Content creators from different fields sparked various ideas

This trip to Tainan, I met 6 content creators from different fields. Everyone had achievements and was serious about their craft. Having these people in my circle is truly special! The topics we discussed broke down roughly like this:

🧠 Today Xiaochang wants to share with you: 'Circle-Lie Reading'

Book lovers have all experienced that moment—opening a book and thinking it's terrible, the content is just nonsense! But I discovered that when reading such books, I try to force myself to believe every word the author says is correct. If I still think the author is talking nonsense, I try to find creative ways to rationalize their claims.

In the process of making excuses for the author and clarifying their logic, I'm actually continuously climbing out of the well I was originally in.

What is 'that well'? Because I thought they were talking nonsense, but the truth is I was in the well—my vision was narrow, and I didn't realize what problem the author was addressing, what they cared about, or why they said it that way. Only after I spent great effort climbing out of the well and seeing a bigger sky did I truly understand what the author meant.

Through this process of making excuses and clarifying, I found that different disciplines in my Knowledge Management system gradually became intertwined and organized, forming a larger knowledge ecosystem.

Of course, there's another perspective of 'questioning the author's arguments,' but I'm sharing a special reading method I've observed for your reference ~
